Don't hesitate to call Blindster's customer service. There a bright people with excellet follow-up skills ready to answer questions about color, installation etc. Without some color guidance from these great people I would have been very hesitant to buy something like this online. I'm a 70 year old woman and I installed them without a glitch. My blinds are PERFECT! I have no regrets.

Following the measuring and installation instructions was easy. The double cellular shades look great in my lake house living room. The color was a great match. I was so pleased that I ordered additional shades for the bedroom.

The blinds look great and were very easy to install. I highly recommend Blindster. I had some concerns with my measurements but when I called customer service they informed mr that if the blinds did not fit they would only charge me $15.00 / blind to recut and ship new blinds as long as I agreed to donate the blinds that did not fit....thankfully the blinds look great! I highly recommend Blindster.

I ordered the top down/bottom up double cellular shades. I was happy with the ease of installation, but I'm still working on getting the top of the shades to stay where they belong while I pull them down to the bottom. I assume this is just because they are tight until broken in. Also was not pleased that a piece of something is in between the cellular shade layer and I can't get it out. But it's not a large object, so it's not that noticeable. Good value for the product.

I'm sorry you are having a problem with your shades. The cordless cellular shades are designed to be self-correcting. To reset your cordless shades: Lower the shade down to its full height. Firmly hold the bottomrail with both hands and pull it towards you (away from the back of the window at an angle). Quickly and firmly pull down (popping) onthe bottomrail 3 or 4 times. Raise and lower the shade, repeat as necessary. These steps should rest the cordless motors in the headrail so that the shade will raise and lower properly. If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will remake or repair the shades as needed.

Great product, looks good, works well so far. BUT...One negative however, would be the giant, double, multi-language, black and orange (!) stickers on the underside of the bottom rail. I appreciate the necessary warning, but it would be nice if I could remove these giant ugly stickers easily once I read them. Even nicer, if they must be there, would be that the stickers would be small and less noticeable. Right now, that is all I can see when the blind is in the raised position (I have tall windows). So ugly. How can I remove them?

I'm sorry you aren't completely happy with your blinds. The stickers must be on every window covering with lift cords as mandated by the regulations required by the United States Child Safety Council. The size, number, language and wording is strictly regulated and we have no choice in the matter. We cannot recommend that you remove the stickers.

These blinds are as good as any, and easy to install. I was particularly happy with how quickly they shipped because I was late ordering them before the holidays when guests were coming.
