“I love the product, it was easy to install and the shipping was excellent. My only problem involved payment; right at the last minute I was surprised with a handling charge, I felt the company should have been upfront with that. I felt like I ended up "paying" for the free shipping.”

“Initially had a problem with one of the two shades but customer service was amazing and I had a replacement for the damaged shade within a week. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Much easier to order than their competitors sites”

“The double cellular blinds arrived quickly and were easy to install. I only dropped my quality rating to a 4 because the plastic end caps are not well retained and are prone to fall out. In my case behind a large hard to move couch where it still sits.”
