“Easy to install but some must be adjusted several times before the shade will "sit" on the window sill correctly. Many times the shade retracts an inch or two, and you need to keep working the shade.”

“The shades were very well made and well packed for shipment. Installation was easy with good instructions. Fit and color was perfect. We ordered both cordless and corded two on one headrail product. Both more than met expectations. Price was better than other online companies, and nothing locally could come close in price. Product shipped on promised date. We are 100% satisfied.”

I'm sorry you are not completely satisfied with your cell shades. The problem you are describing should not occur. However, most of the time it can be fixed. The cordless cellular shades are designed to be self-correcting. To reset your cordless shades: Lower the shade down to its full height. Firmly hold the bottomrail with both hands and pull it towards you (away from the back of the window at an angle). Quickly and firmly pull down (popping) onthe bottomrail 3 or 4 times. Raise and lower the shade, repeat as necessary. These steps should rest the cordless motors in the headrail so that the shade will raise and lower properly. If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will remake or repair the shades as needed.
