“These fabric roller shades were a pale substitute for the ones I bought 26 years ago. I had to hand trim one to fit (using a small saw) and tinker with both to get them to hang straight. I decided to wash and iron my old ones, which were of much higher quality, and rehang them. I'm saving the new ones for the next person who buys my house, as she may prefer the ivory color.”

“the shades look nice. We felt a little mislead by the description being "delux fabric". They feel like a type of plastic and not fabric, especially the blackout roller shades. But, the price is good and they look nice so we'd probably try again knowing the material,and colors are not exactly as described online.”

I'm sorry you were not entirely happy with your shades. The Deluxe Fabric Shades are actually made of polyester. The blackout roller shades are a polyester and fiberglass blend. I will call you to see if you want to get another product.

“We ordered a total of 13 fabric roller shades from you. I like the quality, and the look. But 3 of them were on the rollers crooked. We had to completely unroll and take the fabric off the roller and try to get it straight and re-roll it. One of them is still not right, and one has sustained damage to the edge of the fabric. 2 of them (or was it 3? At that point I lost count) completely fell out of the cassette when we hung them. And one of the pullies is faulty. We had a large order from you, between the fabric roller shades and wood blinds. I more worried about problems fitting the product, not the quality of the product itself. I am happy with the product, but disappointed with what we had to fix to hang them.”

I'm sorry that the instructions weren't clear. We are in the process of redoing all of our instructions, most of them are available on our website now. The factories will start sending the new instructions after the first of the year.

“We ordered a total of 4 shades. We love the look of them and they fit well. Only negative, on one of the shades, the cord doesn't work as smoothly as the others and often gets stuck.”
