The shades were disappointing, they look cheap and flimsy,especially without the valances, which wasn't made clear that I CANNOT order after the fact. However I do appreciate the room darkening feature.

We have been very pleased with the entire process of ordering shipping installing and appearance/quality. Only suggestion at this point would be the connection pieces used to keep both ends of the pull chains together would be more substantial as we have had a few come apart on us.

I went online and found the type product I was looking for, ordered six fabric samples, the came in a few days, we placed our order and they showed up in about one week. The instructions were simple, the installation only took a few minutes and I was done. They look great and my wife is happy.

The deluxe roller shades definitely are blackout perfect for the job. The color is perfect.I installed by myself....super easy.

We measured and remeasured to see if we had made an error, but the measurements we entered in the order did not result in something that would even squeeze into our window frames. t The roller is too wide, no matter how it is tried to fit into the hardware. We need to return them, but must speak to someone about how to measure, sine we sent in the correct measurements already. Doing so again doesn't seem like the thing to do as it might result int he same blinds being sent to us again.

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your roller shades. All window coverings that are mounted inside the window should be ordered using the actual window opening width (for roller shades use only the width at the top of the window). The top of a roller (outside bracket to outside bracket) is the widest point of the shade and is made just slightly smaller (1/4 inch deduction for this product but it varies by factory). The fabric will actually be made 1 1/4 inch less than the ordered width. This deduction is necessary because the operating components must fit onto the end of the tube. In addition, the fabric can't be wider than the tube or the mechanisms will damage the fabric. I will contact you directly to get the details so we can get it remade to the correct width if the factory made a mistake. Or we can remake it at a new width under our Fit or Free Policy. We will pay for the replacement shade, you pay $15 for the shipping plus the price difference (if any) if the new shade costs more than the original shade.
