“Fantastic so far - the test will be how it holds up to hours of Southern sun beating down on it but I think it will pass with flying colors from my initial impression. Very high quality material. I did something wrong when I ordered, though, because the white side that is supposed to be facing outward is facing inward. But I used the hardware from the last shade that was mounted there so it may have been installed incorrectly. VERY happy with ease of ordering, quality and service!”

“Everything went perfectly, The installation the quality of the blinds And the looks If I had only one thing to say that would be kind of negative It would be I didn't get the tracking information until after the blinds were delivered But other than that everything went beautifully Thank you.”

“The shade didn't hang right. We weren't happy with it. And because we weren't satisfied we returned it. Had to spend $26 for postage. This was an expensive lesson AND a "handling " fee. We'll never shop with this company again.”

I'm sorry you were not happy with your roller shades or with our policies. Under our Satisfaction Guarantee for a full refund of the cost of the blinds you must pay the freight to return the blinds. Returned blinds are never resold, we donate them to a local charity. Our $5.95 handling fee is not refundable. I do show that your refund has been processed.

“Our windows ended up being two different sizes and we were able to pay the shipping and have a new one sent out right away- hassle free. We recieved the free samples and were able to pick out the perfect colors to match our living room. This product was definitely worth the money, came in great time, works perfect in our home and we received excellent customer service!”

“It seems like the fabric on the wider shade is not aligned exactly even on the roller because the right side seems to be longer when I have them closed. I did my best to hang it levelly but it looks like there is a pucker in the fabric on the left side. I did not contact Blindster regarding the shade because I disposed of the packaging. I would probably order more of these in the future though because over all they seem to be good quality at a good price.”

“Custom-fit shades, delivered really quick, at an excellent price. Simple installation with quality brackets included with items. I will buy from Blindster again and have already recommended them to my friends.”
