“Once I got them up (I'm a 65 year old grandma) they look great. I've installed roller shades before, but was not familiar with the bead chain variety. I had to study the instruction sheet and looked for a video on YouTube, also on the Blindster site. Would appreciate a step-by-step installation video. The ones I found were for other brands and did not specifically address the Blindster steps.”

“after emails and phone calls I was left totally disappointed. The word "deluxe" needs to omitted from your description on the roller shade. The quality is pathetic. Its marginally better than a paper shade. I was offered to mail them back but after they were installed and the boxes were destroyed I have no alternative to leave them up for now.I'll be forced to replace them in the spring when I go back to my New Jersey shore house. I would NEVER recommend Blindster!!! Rip-off”

I'm sorry you are not happy with your order. We always encourage our customers to order a free sample so you can see the actual material used to make the blinds/shades. This is especially important with fabric shades because you can then see both the color and the texture of the fabric. You can return the blinds for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

“The shades are great. Installation is simple with the exception of the poor quality of the screws, several of which broke. We had to get new ones. This is a problem that has been mentioned repeatedly. It's time to upgrade.”

“Our great room has some large window expanses that afford a wonderful view, but also let in lots of sunlight in the heat of the summer. Our roller shades were easy to order, easy to install and look great in the frame. My 68 year old mother loved them so much she ordered and installed some of her own.”
