Exceeded my expectations, starting with the initial customer service when ordering my blinds. Perhaps as a suggestioin, include printed installation instructions with the order.

I received the wrong shade. I had ordered a roller shade with a cassette and received one with out. This was fine since I had measured wrong and would have preferred a little wider shade. I could then have the correct one made the size I preferred. If this was not the case I would have probably been annoyed because it would have taken longer to receive my original order. Customer service was great, making sure I had to correct dimensions. When I received my shade it was packed well, looked great and easy to install. I would order through this company again.

My final result wasn't exactly as I had hoped for, but Blindsters customer service care was incredible. They were friendly, and offered me three wonderful options for either returning or keeping my product. Very impressed!

Roller shades have come a long way since I last had them in the 70's. I love them. Great low cost window treatment.

I had shopped around for awhile for light blocking roller blinds! The price for the huge blind I needed is what first got my attention! Then the use of the website confirmed this was the company I was comfortable with! My blinds all arrived quickly and were exactly what I had wanted! They installed beautifully too!

I ordered the wrong product by mistake, only realizing it when they came. When I called to see what could be done, they accepted the return of the shades, I only had to pay of the return shipping, and they helped me with getting what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with correcting my mistake. I can't wait to get my new shades in and installed.

Replaced older roll ups. Light filtering was a bit more sheer than I expected. Worked out great so far.

I work at a major Home Improvement store, not only could we not come close to the price I paid at Blindster.com, but the quality was a bonus as well...I would shop this company again.
