“Overall the product seems to be very good but the screws that came with the blinds were terrible. The heads were so big that they interfered with the blind installation on the chain end when screwed to the vertical trim. I had to screw to the horizontal trim at the top of the window. Also two of the screw heads broke off during the installation of 10 blinds. The quality of the screws needs to be increased. Also one of the blinds was very tight when I installed it.”

“Received shades on time and was surprised at the great quality for the price. Color and style was perfect and customer service could not have been better. “I received my new blind in good order. I put it up and just love it. I appreciate the help the customer service dept. gave me, and the good packing job. Also liked how the placket at the bottom of the shades is sewn closed. If I need more shades I will call you. Thanks so much.”
