“The installation was pretty easy and the blinds dimensions were exactly what I measured. For the blinds I would have liked it if they were a little less dark so that more light would enter the room but it is still ok.”

“Seam on bottom not straight. No pull provided for on bottom of shade. The slat in bottom of shade not long enough, so when light comes thru from outside it is off center. Sloppy quality.”

“I got my roller shades in the blackout option. It seems that the blackout is made of plastic. So my shade really isn't fabric. More plastic. But hey it is dark in my room & I can sleep & that is all that matters. I will say; they arrived so darn fast it amazed me. Also customer service was a dream. They were patient in answering my questions on how much to add to my measurements for the fit I desired. I am happy w/ them. But...once they get your email they send you all sorts of mail.”

“First shipment of order was damaged during shipping partly due to inadequate packaging. Replacement arrived properly packaged and undamaged within a reasonable time period. The product is exactly as described and appears to be of good quality. I opted for the corded shades as I believe this will eliminate the potential problems with the retracting mechanism of the cordless version. Instructions for installation are rolled up inside the shades so be sure to unroll them before installation. Installation was relatively simple. The shades look good, provide the desired privacy and I hope will last me a long time. Customer service regarding handling of the damaged shades was excellent.”

“The shades I ordered arrived in excellent condition. They were individually packaged with the hardware needed so I could distribute them easily to each window for a quick "fitting". The hangers worked equally well as side, top, and flat mounts according to the location. Mounting was very simple and the shades work great.”
