“The blinds are great and the price was very good. I'm taking off one star because the mechanism that the cord goes through has some type of lock on it that is definitely not user friendly. In hindsight, I wish I wouldn't have had the installer even attach it.”

“Love our new shades. All measurements were correct, color as expected, shipped very quickly, fairly easy to operate...does take some getting use to pinching a knob to make shade go up and down. Could see where it would be difficult for someone with arthritis.”

“Having ordered several blinds in the past I have been very pleased They have all been inside the casing blinds. This is my first order for outside the casing blinds. Very pleased with the blinds however the brackets seem very cheap and flimsy. I do hope they will hold up in the long term.”

“This is the first time I have used this company. I was a loyal select blinds customer for many years. That business sold in 2023. Most of the calls go overseas and while those folks are friendly, often they don't understand questions about installation or past products warranty Etc. I felt more connected with this company so I will use blindsters going forward. The quality of the blind is quite good I would say but it was not as inexpensive as I had hoped or was used to paying.”
