“The blinds fit perfectly, after installing one of them pushed button to bring down and something sounded like it striped a gear, pulled tool from end cap and adjusted level again, everything good, my error”

“The clips that support the blind have a tab that locks the back of the blind. They were not the correctly spaced to allow the back of the blind to latch. Out of 6 clips only one latched the first time. Once I figured out the problem I has to get a flat screwdriver and bend the tabs out to match the one that did work. One tab was almost completely flat. Perhaps instructions should recommend trying the clips prior to mounding to be sure they do in fact latch. The blind itself works well, was sized correctly and looks nice. The same order included a vertical blind, that installation went well and all mounting hardware worked as expected.”
