“We ordered a blind for a patio door and the cord was on the wrong side even though we ordered correctly. When I contacted Blindster about this error on their part, they were quick to say it would be redone. I also asked if they could change the cord to continuous loop which we did not originally order. They were happy to do this for a small additional charge. We got the replacement blind quickly considering it was over the holidays. Excellent customer service! We are happy with our purchase and would buy again.”
