“Everything was correct with the order. Easy to install with metal fittings, not plastic which tends to get brittle over time. Customer service was outstanding, the chat representatives were knowledgeable and provided instant and accurate information. I will definitely be back.”

“The shade with 3 brackets is difficult to get on and off the center bracket. The top button for "top down" would not release and allow the shade to come down from top. You sent us a new one to replace it. Good customer service.”

“Thrilled with fit and look. Install was no big deal. Had a small problem as 2 items were damaged during shipping. I contacted Angie in Customer service and she had new on the way within 24 hours. This may seem like no big deal until you consider I called the day after the big hurricane hit Houston, Blindsters HQ location. Thanks Angie for going the extra mile during a dangerous and stressful event. I will be doing more business with you and your company.”

“My top down, bottom up cellular shades have broken 2 times in my larger window (82 x 70 approx) and 1 time in my smaller window (70 x 70 approx). The first time they broke (stopped lowering from the top), blinster responded quickly and replaced them. The second time they broke was a month ago, and I am still waiting for a refund or replacement.”
