Everything in my blinds turned out good they look good they fit good and I am pleased with them. The biggest downside for me is how long it took for you to make them and get them to me. In past orders it has not taken so long.

Needed these for the garage so the fact they are cheaply made I am ok with-- the issue I have is the back is white and not the same color as the shade....

I'm sorry you are not happy with your shades. Most cellular fabrics are white to the outside (facing the outside of the house). When first invented all of the fabric were white to the outside because most homeowner's associations would only allow white colors in the windows. There are some fabrics (although the choice is limited) that are available with the same color on both sides. In the specification section on each product page we list whether the fabric is white or the same color to the outside. We have only 1 product with the same color on both sides: Deluxe Cordless Top Down Bottom Up Cellular Shades. You can also return the shades under our Satisfaction Guarantee. I will call you to see what we can do to get this resolved to your satisfaction.

The blind was easy to install and was of the quality we were expecting. It updated the look of the room we are using it in to a much more modern aesthetic.

This was rediculous. Ordered the shades about a month before we received them. They sent a partial order and never told me that the others would be late. I had to follow up three times before someone finally got the job done. Not happy with the service.

I'm so sorry you had a problem with the delivery time. You have every right to be disappointed with the production time required to complete your order. after hanging my blinds one broke within the first day of use. These blinds are made with cheap breakable parts!! I was able to get a free replacement within a few weeks though. And blindsters customer service was good. If you plan on buying theses blinds get the extended 10 year warranty as you will need it. Guess I learned my lesson when it comes to buying blinds sight unseen.

I'm sorry you had a problem with your blinds and am very glad we were able to get it resolved for you. Our cellular shades are made by a factory that is a leading manufacturer of cellular shades in the United States. The components used are considered to be the best that are available in the industry. With that said, they can unfortunately break or malfunction. Please remember that all of our products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If something breaks or malfunctions with normal use, we will repair or replace the blinds. The warranty is good for the original purchaser. The 10 Year Accident Protection Plan will cover anything that the Limited Lifetime Warranty doesn't cover. You can go to our Policy Page to get all the details.

We received our blinds in a timely manner. However, the wrong bracket was sent for the large blind we ordered and thus delayed us getting it hung before our holiday parties. This was very disappointing. We were told the replacement bracket would be sent out in 2 day mail but we did not get it for one whole week. We like the blinds but wish this mishap could have been avoided.
