“I ordered cell shades with cordless feature for large windows 70W x 63H. Being concerned about the function on a large window I called and spoke with a salesperson who assured me the cordless function would work. The blinds are not working well. I have to struggle to get them to open. I wish I had ordered them with the continuous cord loop instead. I'm disappointed with this purchase.”

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your shades. The cordless cell shade operating system is designed to be self-correcting. To reset the mechanisms, pull the shade all the way down. Hold the bottomrail firmly with both hands. Pull the bottomrail towards you so that the shade is angled away from the window. Firmly pull down (pop) the bottomrail 2 to 4 times. Raise and lower the shade. Repeat if necessary. This method should reset the operating system and your shades should work properly. If they don't work properly afterwards we will replace your shades.

“We were pleased with the quickness of the delivery, easy installation and the quality of the blinds. We were able to order the width we needed for our large window. We have not had the blinds long enough to judge quality completely but so far the blinds quality is good. We wished they had sent us 2 pulls, since the blinds are so wide. Maybe I should just asked!!! I would not hesitate to order from Blindster again.”
