“I love the shades and feel like this was a very good deal when compared to pricing similar products at other Retailers. You will either need an Installer or someone who is handy and can manage it. Our only issue has been that one of the blinds will not operate so Blindster is sending us a new remote. Customer Service Rep felt that this was the issue after trouble shooting over the phone with us.”
