“We have palladian windows (arch on top) and I was concerned with how to mount the sheer shades. The team at Blindster went out of the way to explain what/how to do it. The sheer shades are very nice quality and super easy to install. Even though I measured incorrectly they are sending me 2 new blinds for only $15ea and asked that I donate the blinds that don't fit rather then sending them back to be reused. In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, Blindster goes out of their way to help. . . Supremely satisfied!”

“Whole experience was very pleasant, I will definitely use Blindster in the future. Only comment that I would add is that it would be great if there were more pictures of actual products in different colors, b/c the swatches are not exactly showing accurately. Other than that - great experience!”

“I have an 81" high window in my dining room. The blind is fine, however, the cord is so short that I, being 5'1" can barely reach the bottom of the cord to open and close the blinds! Did no one think about that when designing this?”

I'm sorry there was a problem with your shades. The cords on the 81" high shade should be 60" long and reachable. I will contact you to make arrangements to get this issue taken care of right away.
