The measuring instructions are very easy to follow and all of my shades arrived in the exact size I needed. They arrived in perfect condition and mounting them was a breeze! “Very nicely made. I was able to reverse the chain pull on one shade (because I'd ordered it incorrectly) with little difficulty. These are half sash shades (not the full window height) and I didn't want the tensioners, which come apart easily and are reuseable in case I change my mind later. They were ceiling mounted in a 60 degree bay window, which I guess is the same as an inside mount, so they didn't ship end caps. Customer Service sent them out on request.”

“When we ordered samples of the see-through sunshades at different percentages, it was very difficult to see how a larger section would look compared to the small samples. In hindsight, we probably would’ve gone with one percent versus 3% to cut down on the glare. But we still Are very happy with the 3%”
