“I like my shades.. it took forever to get them. Then one was broken right out of box.I contact them and after two attempts they send me a replacement. It takes another 3 weeks or so..CS was a little rude suggesting that we broke the blind.. but I know we didn't.Im the end I think I'll just go to Lowe's from now on.Too bad because I was excited to use Blindster for every window in my new house.”

“The shades are very nice. I would like to buy two more, but on one of the shades I have already bought,the ballthat stops the shade in the right place shattered on first use. That's not a deal killer but I've wriitento customer service and I've spoken to them. I still haven't heard back from them what they intend to do. I'm not buying another thing if customer service is non existence.o”

“Ordering, delivery were very simple Installation was simple - for my husband and they look very nice. Only thing is I wish I had ordered the valance with the shade. I didn't know it wasn't something I could order and install later. Unknown to me they have to be ordered at the time the shades are ordered.”
