“The 1% solar shades seem good and installation easy but quality control lacking. Shades were packaged well but unfortunately the mounting screws for the shade brackets were missing on one order. Rather than call, I just purchased 4 screws at the hardware store since I was in the middle of installation. For the price of the shades, this is an unforgivable oversight on someone's part. I have several Coolaroo brand that accomplish the same thing but for half the price. The fabric is heavier and different but I prefer them. The only problem with them is custom fit is not available, so I have to cut them to my needs which is time consuming but doable. I thought I would try Blindster for comparison but don't believe I would again and would not recommend based on my experience.”

I'm so sorry to hear this David, we completely agree, your entire order should've showed up at once. We would have been more than willing to overnight the screws to you, but happy to hear you were able to make it work.
