“THE SHADES I PURCHASED WERE EXACTLY WHAT FIT MY NEEDS. I HAD A RELATIVELY LARGE AND SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED ORDER (OVER 25 DIFFERENT SIZES AND PIECES AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SHADES ESPECIALLY AT THE PRICE I WAS CHARGED. MOREOVER AS GREAT A VALUE AS THE SHADES WERE , THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EVEN BETTER. I AM A DEMANDING CONSUMER AND DESPITE THAT I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE BECKY HANDLE MY ORDERS WHICH WERE SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED AND INVOLVED REVISED CALCULATIONS FOR CORNERS AND THE LIKE. SHE REMAINED PATIENT AND CHEERFUL NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I CALLED WITH QUESTIONS. IT WAS ALLOT OF WORK BUT WORTH IT AND BY DOING IT MYSELF WITH BECKY AND BLINDSTER I KNOW I SAVE WELL OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS.....SO I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR THE DYI CUSTOMER BLINDSTER IS THE PLACE TO GO!”

“I had a local Chicago company quote when my sister referred me to Blindster. I spoke to Dan in customer service about the products, sent him some photos, then went over all the measurements. Thanks to him everything went exactly as planned. The shades were even delivered before the due date. By the way, Blindster was 1/3 the cost for exactly the same product. HAPPY Yes!!!”

“We purchased both an inside and outside mounted blind. The blind we purchased with the inside mount doesn't completely fill the window. It is an older home so it could be the window frame. I would suggest doing an outside mount on this product as it looks more complete. Both sets of blinds keep the heat out and look good! We are glad we made this purchase!”

“This has been one of the best purchases I've made. Your staff made everything so easy. I measured the what I wanted to cover and the rest was taken care of by some of the friendliest customer service staff I have ever dealt with. After the installation which was every easy, and I am not what you call handy, I encountered a problem with the way the shades were tracking. I called your Customer Service dept., explained my problem and within a 1/2 hour I received a fax and additional support on ways to correct the problem. Summery, I have recommended your services to several people and will continue to do so because I am totally pleased with product and support. As a matter of fact one of my neighbors came over to look at the shades and after telling them of my experience with your company they purchased solar shades for their porch. We are totally pleased with product and service.”

“Just installed our solar blinds today. We are extremely happy so far. They are on a large picture window which the sun shines through heavily in the morning. The room today was much cooler and we could actually sit there without burning up! We will be ordering much more from Blindster!”

“These blinds are better made than ones we had from a "blind store/service" in the past, and fit perfectly. Good quality, solid hardware, and very nice fabric.”
