“Our on-line experience with Blindster was very good. On our part, we didn't measure one of the windows correctly, so when the ordered shade was received and we discovered our error, we contacted Blindster and they quickly resolved our issue, reordered with our correct size (small shipping/handling as expected). The best part was that we didn't have to ship the first one back to them, they asked us to donate to a worthy cause, which we did. No hassle at all and in a short time we received our replacement, oh, and they didn't charge us again for the reorder, just the shipping and handling charge as mentioned.”
