“We just installed them and so far so good. They are definitely room darkening which is what we wanted. There are plastic balls on the pull chain that are on the chain to stop it from turning when the shade is fully retracted - they are awkward to feed through the chain guide. We are a little concerned they might break some day but we will see.”

“Shades are the right size, fit well, color is good. Minor quibble- the roller squeaks. This may diminish with time. Not a deal breaker however.”

“We were very happy with the roller shade so we ordered another one. We were never notified that the second blind had shipped and we were out of town. Luckily, our home builder noticed the box on our porch the day after it was delivered and placed the package inside our house for us. We had made arrangements for our neighbor to take care of the package while we were gone, but unable to since we were never notified of the pending delivery so we could track it. No updating email was ever sent other than one to let us know they had received our order.”

“First measurements were incorrect and it turned out ht error was mine. You sent me replacements anyway. THANKS. THe blinds are great. Didnd't give them the highest rating becasue they're not really blackout""still let in a lot of light compared to the blackout curtains I have.”

“Hardware has been improved, compared to an earlier order, making installation easier. Very pleased with the product, would buy again, and can recommend it to others. Just be sure to measure carefully for best results.”
