“I made a mistake and Blindster showed mercy. Re-made the blinds with no questions asked. Installed the corrected ones and am very pleased.”

“Ordered room darkening shade, got a light filtering shade. Have a room darkening shade on different window in same room, obviously different. Material was on back order, maybe they switched material so they could send something out before Christmas? Shade works works as described, will just deal with the light.”

“I was in the roller shade industry for 8 years selling one of the most prestigious brands out there. So I know what to look for when you order shades. With the Sales pricing I was astonished at the quality of the product. I also know what to order to get the metal tubes, colored idlers. Metal Chains etc that really help with the long term use of a shade. For the price I paid I am happy.”

“They work fine but I would've liked to have a nice balance to cover the roller. Also, we ordered brown shades, the back side was white. I would've preferred brown on both sides. And there is no string to pull the shade if it is too high to reach.”

“It was to small, I shimmed it with a paint stick on both sides to fit. There were NO installation instructions with the blind.”
