Heard about Blindster on Mark Levin's radio show. Great prices that were lower that other stores and the quality was exceptional. After the learning curve of installing the first shade was gone the remaining 4 were a piece of cake! Thank you Blindster!

While the title of this product says "Premium" the product itself is inconsistent. I say this because we bought two identical shades, hung them identically next to each other and one works great the other unfortunately does not function properly. Dealing with customer service has been quick to respond but slow to resolve the issue due to delays with the manufacturer. Meanwhile we are stuck with one perfectly functioning shade and one malfunctioning shade (noticeable wobble, hard to lock and unlock or stay I place after multiple attempts to reset the shade).

The automated rolling system is a hit or miss. Actuallly most times the blind will not roll automatically. The lenght of these blinds is 86 inches. For this length, you would have expected some sort of a string to pull them down. Not such thing.

The shades are of decent quality unfortunately they are severely overpriced.
