“They mean what they say. No fit guarantee is real! I mismeasured by 1/4 inch an they were kind and helpful to be sure I got the perfect replacement. No problems at all. Also easy to mount with great instructions. A fantastic company!”

“I love the fabric and color is what I expected. However, I am having problems getting the tension correct so I can easily raise and lower with control. I talked to customer service and asked for a video that shows how the shades should properly operate but they do not have one. My shades are across 3 vertical windows and it is important to set them all to the same position. but it is nearly impossible because when I gently tug and release one of them quickly winds up completely, another one does not move at all requiring multiple tug attempts and the other one exhibits some movement that I would expect. The solution is adjusting tension which we will try again but I am seriously considering a return. Without the tension problems and lack of video documentation I would rate these very differently.”

“I love the color and the look of these shades but I have two problems and one is really significant - they stink! The odor is overwhelming and I am not sure how to solve the problem. It have kept them lowered most of the time hoping the smell will disparate but so far, iit has not even begun to lessen the problem. I have also burned aroma therapy candles in the room for hours with the door closed hoping they will absorb some of that smell because any smell would be an improvement, but that hasn't worked either. I am afraid to spray with Fabreeze as I fear staining the fabric. I am hoping when the outside temperature cool off I can open the windows and maybe that will help but I have tried that a couple of days already and it had to effect . I would love any suggestions for a solution as I am out of ideas. The second issue is that several weeks after installing I noticed one of the shades is cut unevenly. It only shows when I have the partially lowered. Since I have kept the fully lowered trying to air them out, i didn't notice it right away. It is in a bank of five bay windows, so I hope my husband can switch it with one that is at an angle where it won't be so noticeable. I previously ordered other types of shades and loved them but this odor issue has me really disappointed.”
