This time the fabric roller shades where extra long, 74 inches on one rail, and as always they look great! One of the shades arrived broken in two places - after some swift and pleasant communication with customer service they send out replacement - even made an alteration to the side of the pull for no extra charge! As always, installation was a breeze, fabric is beautiful. While there may be some loose threads sometimes, overall I find the quality very good, especially for the price.”

“I bought basic roller shades. They took 3 weeks to get here. They don't quite fit. They look nice and block the sun that comes blasting in my office windows in the afternoon.”

“The blind that came was not cut to the right length. The wooden(?) bar sewn into the bottom of the shade, in my opinion, is cut too short and does not go all the way across the shade. In an effort to fix the problem, shade cut too long, I noticed the cut of the cassette was not square.”

“The cassette was a bit bulkier than I had hoped but for the price the shade serves it's purpose and we are satisfied. Easy one person installation.”

“The shades did not meet my expectation as far as materials. I previously have ordered the cellular shades and was expecting a similar material. The roller shades just feel cheap. Because of the windows I was covering and the color I needed I was unable to order the cellular again. I'm sure as I use these they will soften up and be more of what I expected.”
