“I was worried at first because the price was really good. Being skeptical, I called to order samples. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. She even went and got me other samples that I didn't even ask for just so I have more options to choose from. The discount at the time was an additional 30% off!!! What a steal. Partial order came in 5 days. I'm still waiting on the rest of the order. The installation was super easy and fast. took about 4-5 minutes per window. They look amazing. I will be ordering from them again.”

“We just built a new house and I knew that I was going to get some faux Roman blinds for pattern. However we have 6 six-foot windows in our great room. We wanted to be able to watch movies, block sun sometimes, and basically not be in a fishbowl at night. I ordered these blinds in the closest color to my wall color. They are great. I made a template for the first one to install and the other five were easy. I had first dismissed the idea of roller shades, because I was remembering those plastic ones. But these are a nice fabric and do the job. Also, because my windows are 6 feet tall I would have to order custom blinds or shades anyway. These were the most economical. I don't notice the hardware. Can't find a place to post a photo.”

“Cons: The images of the blinds are lovely! However when we mounted ours, inspite of the horrid instructions, the hardware is glaringly ugly. Nothing conceals it as the image suggests. Pros: The quality of the fabric is great. And the speed of delivery was impressive. Bottomline: If you have any taste whatsoever these blinds won't do. Total waste of money, I will be taking them down and replacing them. Buyer with taste beware!!”

I'm sorry you aren't happy with your order. The standard roller shades will have hardware that is visible after mounting. The cassette valance option covers the hardware and makes mounting easier. I will call you to see what we can do to resolve this under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

“gave the inside mount measurements as suggested on the order site, the width is lacking a total of about 2 1/2 inches. Looks uneven because they are rolled on the CARDBOARD roller crooked. Not satisfied, will deal, but won't order anymore. love the color and fabric but thats about it!”

“Love, love, love the shade. High quality material, workmanship was excellent. Customer service is 5 star all the way. Provided spacers for the brackets at no extra cost, received them in 3 days! Good job!! The shade looks so good at my window, I will be ordering 4 more in the near future. The ONLY criticism I have is step 3 on the instructions needs a bit more info. Diagram of the plunger, where it is and how to work it would be nice. Instructions didn't tell me when to remove twist tie. I guessed at that and it must have been right because the shade works beautifully. Other than that small point I,my very happy with my purchase. Thank you!!”
