“My hubby was out of town and I decided to paint the bedroom and buy new curtains and blinds, kind of my version of "While You Were Out" remodeling. I was just sure I would mess up the measuring, but I didn't. Thanks to the directions on the Blindster site. Replaced the old blinds in minutes and the shades from Blindster really made the room look awesome. I will never buy window treatments anywhere else. Thanks for giving my project a finished look without hassle. Shipment received quickly and very good quality. Happy, happy!!!”

“Just what I ordered, looks good. There were no specific installation instructions for the blind itself - only lots of instruction for attaching the cord tension device. There are only two brackets, so if you have a double digit IQ its not hard to figure out - just test them for the right position while the blind is on the floor, and be sure to measure the distance between them very carefully.”

“Husband and I both measured,45 in. width and we received 44 in. Also we received 2 mounting brackets, BOTH were the SAME ( both had round holes !! one was suppose to have a round hole and one a slit ) we used our old bracket, also because the width was wrong, my hubby had to reverse a bracket.”

I was sorry to hear that you are having problems with your shades. We will get the correct brackets sent out to you right away. Sometimes customers are not aware that you should order roller shades by the maximum width which is at the top of the shade (bracket to bracket width). The fabric will always be 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch less than the ordered width. If this is what happened, we can have a new shade made to the correct width under our Fit or Free Policy. We will pay for the new shade, you just pay $15 for shipping plus the price difference for the new shade (if any). If the factory made a mistake, we will remake the shade for free. Just send us a photo of the width of the fabric on your shade with a tape measure showing the width measurement (both the whole width and a closeup of the total measurement).
