“One of the shades arrived damaged, the end cap had partially popped off. We were able to fix it and noticed that a finishing strip was missing entirely. When installed you do not notice it so we decided to keep it. The screws provided are very poor quality, the slot for the screwdriver is very shallow and easily stripped. Your pre fabrication customer service was very friendly and professional; they know the product. The blinds themselves are exactly what I expected. They look great. The fit is also very good.”
