“Overall we like the blinds but, when they arrived it had missing plastic clips for the fabric blinds and they are almost see through.”

“Great service...kept us informed of the process and then delivered as promised. We discovered a couple issues, notified Julie; and she immediately took measures to correct. The materials arrived yesterday and we are delighted with the result...two very nice looking sets of vertical blinds. Thanks. John Forsyth”

“Measurement instructions were easy to follow. Installation was quick and easy. The weighted panels hang straight and are 1 1/2" off the carpet as I expected. One valance bracket was broken in the box. Blindster sent a new set of brackets out right away.”
