“Measurement instructions were easy to follow. Installation was quick and easy. The weighted panels hang straight and are 1 1/2" off the carpet as I expected. One valance bracket was broken in the box. Blindster sent a new set of brackets out right away.”

“The Blind is nice... but order notes seemed to be disregarded... specifically asked for operator chain and cord length extensions... and it came standard length. Emailed customer service and after three days I finally had to call to get a resolution... and even then they were not sure that the chain could be extended... I was hoping for a confirmation that extra chain could be sent... meanwhile I don't want to finish the install without knowing the extra chain can be sent if for some reason I would have to take the blind back down and send it back to lengthen the chain since it is going to be installed a lobby foyer about 15 ft up.”

“Second purchase from Blindster. Both were replacements for old vertical blinds. Blindster vertical blinds were of high quality and easily installed. If I replace more I won't bother to look anyplace else. As their ads state, they were much cheaper than from a "large box store." In my case they were half the price.”

“Easy to put together well constructed. Slides too easy compared to my old ones. Would like it a little stiffer so when they are pulled quick they don't continue to slide around after completely closed”
