“I purchased vertical blinds and I really like them. However, the way the panels attach is "weak". I bumped them once and they all fell. Easy to put back up but that shouldn't happen so easily.”

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your order. The vanes on the vertical should not fall out. I believe you don't have them snapped totally into place. There is a definite clicking noise when the vane it pushed into the proper place. I will give you a call to see if we can get this fixed. Thank you for your patience.
