“Again, very pleased with our purchase from Blindster.com. Verticals arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I had measured wrong in not allowing for a steeply sloped ceiling. Linda came to the rescue, reordered and with the perfect fit arriving a few days later. Linda is such a great asset to your company. This is the third time Linda has gone above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend this blind company to anyone who is searching the web. And, be sure and ask for Linda if you need to call with a problem. She is wonderful!”

“I consider myself pretty handy for a girl. When I decided to hang Veritical blinds I was nervous....could I do it? These blind are custom made and so easy to install. It only took 20 minutes. Not bad for a girl!”

“The valance for my blind arrived dented and dirty due to the shipping. I notified Blindster Customer Service and they promptly sent me a whole new set of blinds with no problem. They were easy to hang and look great! I have them in my dining room covering a set of sliding doors out to a deck. I had ordered a few free swatches beforehand to pick a color and that was nice to be able to do.”

“I was so nervous to try to install my sliding glass door and large front room window blinds, but it was much easier than I thought. They are so pretty and put a mint green color in the room in the afternoon sun when they are pulled shut. I have to say the price was to die for and the look is to live for! I love them!”

“When I heard on the radio that Blindster backed up their guarantee with new blinds if you measured incorrectly, I tho't... "Who could be THAT dumb???" Well, I know those people! WE recorded our measurements incorrectly, but Blindster sent us a brand new blind, no questions asked, and treated us kindly & respectfully (we actually 'flipped' to see who had to make the call... I lost :( The customer service couldn't have been nicer. I LOVE our new blinds, and have already made a second order... measured & recorded correctly. :) Thank-you SO much!”
