“I was overall satisfied. However, there were some issues that i have not had with Blindster in the past. First, the blinds showed up on a holdiday weekend with no warning. I received the shipped status two weeks later. Fortunately, i was home and received the shipment. The blinds were relatively easy to install. However, the valence was not and the directions were not very clear.”

“Blinds arrived and I wasn't able to get them up right away but it was worth the wait. They are beautiful. My valances were too wide for windows but after contacting Blinds.com I worked on them more and my father cut one of them for me and now everything is in place without having to get replacements. Thank you for the help Blinds.com. Love the new look in my lower level!”

“Great blinds, Horrible installation instructions. The paper included with my blinds was very generic in nature and difficult to follow. Also, the measuring instructions are beyond confusing.”
