“The blinds arrived very quickly, I was still painting. Love the new blinds, my windows look so much better!! My helper gave me incorrect info on the bathroom window, I should have double checked...:-( No problem, as soon as I discovered the issue and called Customer Service, the new blind was sent. Everything went so smoothly, I was very impressed with their process. Love, love the new blinds! Everything works so smoothly. Now just have two patio doors to order blinds and the whole house is done!!! Will be ordering these from Blindster too!”

“HAD TO WAIT FOR NEW WINDOWS TO HANG THEM . I LIKE THEM BUT ON THE LONG SET, THERE ARE FLAWS IN THE BLINDS WHERE THE SUN SHINES THROUGH THEM. I TRIED TO TAKE A PICTURE TO SEND YOU BUT WHEN THE FLASH GOES OFF, IT DOES NOT SHOW. I THINK THERE ARE 8 SPOTS. 6 ARE SMALL AND NOT A PROBLEM BUT 2 OF THEM ARE BAD.”

“Blinds are sturdy but light, only recommendation is to be careful when putting the blinds into the small recess hole it is easy to damage the blind itself as the material is kinda spongy and tears easily. Nothing catastrophic just something to watch for. Blinds look great and for the price I really can't complain.”

“Upon ordering these new blinds and shades we used a lot of the information they had posted on there site for good measurements. After that it was and easy ordering process, they gave us our samples 2 days after we ordered them. and every time important was happening with your order you received an email with what is now happening with your order. The only 4 star rating is due to the mechanics of the blind do not seem very high quality, We will see how they hold up.”
