“I recently purchased horizontal and vertical blinds. The horizontal are great, these vertical ones or pretty cheap. Maybe they need to be so lite to travel they way they do, but leaves a little to be desired. The hardware seems the same quality as others and once hung they work well, just "light duty".”

“We bought these blinds for our sliding glass door and they were as advertised. As long as you pay attention to the instructions and measure them properly, the price and quality can't be beat. They appear to stand by their product based upon the reviews I have seen, which is another positive. I recommend them without hesitation.”

“Customer Service: Without going into detail about the whys, I changed the shipping address in mid-shipment. To my surprise in todays "lack of CS" corporate environment, the process went very smoothly after a couple of phone calls. Both CS agents I dealt with were eager to help, informative, and most importantly, pleasant. Couldn't have been a better experience. Product: Measurements were exactly what I ordered. Good quality and easy to install. And, believe it or not, all the parts were included, which is rare for do-it-yourself shipments these days. One minor negative: Instruction diagram (drawings) weren't the best.”
