“Blinds are not high quality, and I was sent a track that was made wrong and Blindster didn't replace it without charging me for a new track. That's bad. but customer service handled it in a civil manner and eventually sent me the new track. I will install this weekend when I get time. Additionally the vertical blinds are VERY flimsy and break easily, but again customer service sent me some stiffeners that allow me to re-install the broken pieces.”

“Blindster messed up the order. I ordered and paid for Faux Wood Blinds, but I got vinyl blinds instead. I was extremely upset and disappointed. I won't be ordering anymore blinds from Blindster nor recommend it to friends. No quality control.”

“Blinds arrived well packed and without shipping damage. They were correct size as ordered. I was disappointed that there was no installation instructions included with them. I was able to figure them out and install them correctly. I only had to remount one blind. I had some trouble with the valance not staying in place on the longer patio door vertical blinds. It wanted to twist and not stay in place at the ends. I wound up having to drill some screws in place to hold them from coming off the brackets. The blinds look good and my wife likes how they look and my installation.”
