“Beware that if you select for your vertical blinds to draw left instead of right, the cord and chain will be left dangling on the right like an ugly mess. The website does not clarify this or warn about it at all. Other than that, I like my blinds.”

“Bought 3 horizontal blinds and one veriticle. Two of the horizontal blinds had issues both were strung wrong one is livable the other is being replaced. Customer service was very good”
