“I didn't open the box containing my blinds for a few weeks because I was waiting for my new sliding glass door to be installed. Once my door was installed I opened my blinds with excitement to get them put up. What I found was a whole lot of broken blinds, no hardware and no screws. I called and they said they would sent it out. I opened the next box to find new blinds but no hardware and no screws. I called again and they said they would send it out. I opened the box to find hardware but no screws. So I called again and they sent the screws. I'd like to point out that they didn't send studs and the directions didn't mention using studs which is important with these heavy blinds. The blinds are great, they are really nice looking. However, due to all the errors I am not sure if I will order from Blindster again.”

So sorry about the complicated ordering process, we hate hearing situations like this. Should you decide to order from Blindster again, we will do everything we can to get everything right on the first order.

“The horizontal blinds are wonderful. Vertical blinds are a different story. I have had them two weeks and 2 of the verticals have the holes topped. They don't stay spaced and the individual blinds don't stay in the same position I think they are overpriced because of the low quality”
