“The ordering process was simple and easy. When my order arrived, one of the end clips was broken and one blind and the valance were scratched, but when I sent Blindster photos of the damage, they were promptly replaced.”

“My husband and I ordered 11 faux wood blinds, 10 for the windows and 1 for our sliding glass door for our newly built home. The directions told us exactly how to measure the windows and ordering was so easy. The blinds came in quickly and were so easy to install. My husband installed all of them by himself. We will definitely order again when our son gets his ready to order blinds for his new home!”

“My grandmother moved into her current home almost 20 years ago when grandpa was still around. He was constantly having to repair and replace broken/damaged vertical blind slats that would fall off the racking system. If Blindster had been around when they first moved in, my grandpa could have replaced all of the vertical blinds in the house for less than what it cost grandma to buy just her front window and bedroom windows' horizontal faux wood blinds ordered from Home Depot. Blindster is an honest, decent company. Their customer satisfaction guarantee is unnecessarily biased TOWARD the customer, which most companies would consider a bad idea. Blindster manufactures a quality product, and they stand behind their products and employees. They are more concerned about if they helped their customers than posting massive profits. Would definitely buy again and would definitely recommend!”

“Nice blinds but so light they need weighted down or they stick together with static. Also had to order more valance clips from amazon because 2 of the 3 broke upon installation.”

I'm sorry you had some broken clips and are having problems with static. The static is caused by the temperature changes experienced during shipping. There are several sprays (usually used on clothing) available everywhere that you can use to eliminate the static. The valance clips are covered by our warranty and we will replace any broken clips throughout the lifetime of your shade. I will contact you to make sure everything is resolved.
