“Install went smoothly until the valance...eventually we did get it to seat, however it doesn't necessarily stay in place, if you touch it, it will dislodge. other than that it's been a great product.”

I'm sorry you are having a problem with the valance on your vertical. The valance should snap into the brackets that fit on the back of the vertical headrail (metal piece that holds the mechanisms) and hold firmly in place. I will call you so that we can find out why you are having a problem. Thank you for your patience.

“The overall packaging was sufficient but more packing should be placed at the ends of the of the carton. Upon delivery both ends of the carton were torn away. All contents remained inside so I did not refuse delivery.”

“These blinds were for our office. They match our floors very well, and they look nice. Two of the blinds had dings in them, but I was able to move those into less conspicuous spots.”

“Installation went smoothly unlike most home projects. I guess I measured correctly with the help of the nice lady on the phone. At one point I had to puzzle over where to put the brackets until I realized it wasn't all that critical. Overall I am very happy with the product and how easy it was to install.”

“They were not easy to install, there were no instructions on how to install the valance, the blinds were not aligned once inserted, and the blinds are very easy to break where they clip into the frame.”
