“Dear Sir, somehow the first order the measurements were wrong on one window & the valance was damaged. I reorder it that one & I had 2 pay 4 it U R advertising no charge if the measurements r wrong another lie. The 2 order come in valence was damaged again. Please let me know what R U going 2 do about it, I don't think it's fair that they screw me around like this & me paying, waiting & no answer either. Thank U 4 your cooperation, sincerely yours, Marianne & Henry Trachsel”

I'm sorry you had a problem with your blinds. Our Fit or Free policy states that we pay for the replacement shade. You only pay for the shipping of $15 plus any price difference. The new shade you ordered was almost 20 inches longer than the original shade. So we also had to charge you the price difference of $25. I show that your replacement valance has been shipped. I will send you the tracking information via email. Thank you for your patience.

“I was apprehensive about ordering blinds online. But after going to the big box stores to price my vertical blinds, I could not believe the price. I decided to order from Blindster.com and the price was 50% less than the big box stores. I put the blinds up yesterday and I very satisfied with the price and the product. I would recommend Blindster.com to my friends and family.”

“I mistakenly measured incorrectly. The company stood behind their warranty and sent me the correct size, only charging the difference from the first blind. There was no hassel and I received the new binds about a week and a half. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Love the blinds but like the valance on the window blinds a lot better. The valance looks cheap on the vertical blinds, compared to the 2 inch faux window blinds. I covered it with a curtain valance so it won't show anyway, but that's my only criticism.”
