“My daughter had adopted the wildest large puppy... That should be enough said , the dog destroyed my blinds. I called to get replacement pieces as the damage was not complete. Blindster had the perfect blinds tol replace what I had at a price that was a fraction of the repair cost. I had a friend who does handy work on the side install them and everything just snapped together and the fit is perfect. I especially like the oak PVC style that I got as the finish matches the other wood in the room giving it a custom made look. Plus the dog can't hurt it! I strongly recommend them, great prices and an excellent selection of styles, colors and materials.”

“This is a follow-up to a review sent previously. Got "Fabric" Verts in one order, and Faux Wood on the second. The Fabric are fantastic. Fit and finish are great, sizing was perfect. The Faux Wood was a bit different. The slat for the valance was IMHO too short. It comes the same length as the support, but when assembled, there is a gap of clear corner material that shows. I contacted Cust Svc and spoke with "Kelly". My explanations of the problem was a failure, so I sent her pictures of what I was trying to get her to understand. BINGO. In this case a pic was worth more than 1000 words. They shipped me 2 new pieces FREE I easily cut to fit. (It was my idea that they send it "overlong" and make the cuts, They would have cut them) Also, she said she would ship 1 but 2 arrived (I guess she thought I might botch the first one). They look great! Customer service is not only about getting everything right, It's more about fixing things that go wrong. Kelly did it. Rating A+!”

“The blinds are nice but I think I measured just a little long. They hit the floor once in a while and fall off the top. Otherwise they are great.”
