“I LOVE these shades! I looked for months for fabric that would go in my living room. And when I saw this fabric, I knew theses shades were the one. I have two large windows in my living room. When I got the shades they fit perfectly. And they came quicker than I expected. Unfortunately, one of the mechanisms did not lock in. I called customer service and they were very polite. They ordered a whole new shade and shipped it to me free. And this also came quickly. I was very happy about this. Great customer service, for sure. The only down side is the pull strings are on the inside. So when you raise/lower the shade, you have to watch that the string does not get caught up in the fabric. Other than that, I love them!”
