“No hex bit to use to install the screws. The sticker on the frame was incorrect. Bottom sticker on the frame was reversed. Shutters slipped out when installed. I discovered that the frame was reversed and had to re install with the bottom sticker on the top. Very frustrating and time consuming.”

“SHUTTERS DELIVERED IN PERFECT CONDITION. PACKING WAS SUPERB. FRAMES FIT IN WINDOW OPENINGS SNUG, WITH NO ROOM TO ADJUST. PANELS FIT PERFECTLY IN FRAMES. OPENING AND CLOSING GREAT. WHEN I PUT IN THE REST OF THE SCREWS, THINGS CHANGED. I PROBABLY PUT SCREWS TOO TIGHT. BACKED OFF ON THE SCREWS AND IT CORRECTED ITSELF. I PURCHASED THESE FOR MY DAUGHTERS CONDO. SHE LOVED THEM! QUALITY WAS UP THERE! I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EASE OF INSTALLATION. TOOK ME ABOUT 3 HOURS FOR 2 WINDOWS, BUT I WAS BEING VERY CAREFUL, AND READIND THE INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY. THE FIRST WINDOW TOOK 2 HOURS. THE SECOND WINDOW TOOK 1 HOUR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.”

“They came in two shipments, the frames in the first and the shutters in the second. The frame had to be assembled but was not to difficult. The assembly instructions had to be looked up online, which was a little inconvient but I managed. They look excelent. I would recomend these for anyone.”
