“I'm extremely happy with the appearance of my shades. However, I ordered the cordless option thinking I'd eliminate the potential of it becoming dirty over time from people's hands when they open/close it (not to many use the little plastic handle). Well... the cord sets behind the shade, plus I have an inside mount, so people need to move the shade with their hand to get access to the cord (defeating my reason for getting the corded). Also, when the shade is opened/closed, the top of the cord "cuts" (bunches up) into the fabric as I pull it to the side so the fabric never lays flat (and it's too high up for me to straighten the fabric each time). Love the fabric and look but poor design/engineering on corded open/close mechanism is what's disappointing.”

“This was my first Blindster purchase. It was perfect. Easy to order on their web site. I compared prices with several major competitors; Blindster was the lowest by a little. They sent me material samples to be sure of the color. I highly recommend doing that. There's nothing like having a swatch to feel and see in the room's light. Manufacture and shipping was timely. I was kept informed about my order's progress. Packaging was secure. Needed hardware was included. They were super easy to install (basically 4 screws). Excellent quality blinds. Bottom line, I couldn't have asked for anything more of them. Highly recommended.”
