“I really like the shades, the material is nice and thick, the color is rich. I like the cord free feature. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the clear plastic piece that slides on to use to lower the blinds. Something with a nicer pattern perhaps?”

“The quality of the product is excellent and I do love the fabric and the ease of them being a Roman Shade. But I am disappointed about the installation and the fact that there's a lot of light seepage around the edges. I think that a more detailed installation guide/video would have been very helpful. I did call a couple of times and the customer service people were informative but I had never installed Roman Shades before and I am disappointed with the application of the shades. I did buy the light blocking feature which would have worked well if the shades were installed inside the window frame. But I had to install my shades on the outside, on the window frame since my windows did not have enough depth inside. Had I realized how they would look after installation, I think I would have purchased another product. I thought they would have hung closer to the window frame, but they do not. After spending a healthy part of our Saturday installing them, I am not taking them down, at this point. My suggestion is that installation videos be available on your website showing installation techniques and correct and not-so-correct results so that the consumer will know what to do and buy versus what not to do and/or buy. As I said, I'm not taking them down until such time that I replace them. I do love the fabric I chose, but, had I known how they would look after installation, I might have chosen another form of window covering from your company.”
