“I love the material and color of the shades. The one thing I do not like is that my shades are a dark brown and the cords are white. The cords really stick out and it would look better if the cords matched the color of the shades.”

“I love the price and the convenience of ordering samples and choosing the product online. However, my order was delayed by a week due to the wrong address on the shipping label. Moreover, the fabric has a flaw that means I can't fully lower my shade without seeing it. Since there are no guarantees that a reorder would result in the same issue, I'll probably skip this company in the future.”
